How does booking work?+
Choose your gear, dates, and handoffs. Checkout shows whether Cleon reviews your request first or you can reserve immediately. Your reservation is confirmed after secure payment.
Can you deliver to my hotel or rental?+
Choose delivery and tell us the address of your stay. We’ll confirm whether we can deliver there and quote the delivery fee before you commit.
Can I pick up the gear myself?+
Absolutely. Select local pickup at checkout. We’ll arrange the handoff and share the exact pickup location after confirmation.
How are rental prices calculated?+
Each item has a daily rate and a minimum rental charge. Your estimate includes the start and return dates, with any minimum clearly shown. Delivery and applicable taxes are confirmed separately.
