A few details before you join

Memberships renew automatically at the selected rate plus applicable tax. Benefits begin after payment is verified. Cancel renewal in your account; benefits continue through the paid period. One membership per verified account, with no trial. Contact Cleon to discuss a plan change.

Gold and Silver share the same waitlist priority ahead of nonmembers, with first come, first served within each group. Availability depends on product, quantity, dates, and handoff details. Joining a waitlist does not reserve gear. Cleon approves offers; payment must succeed before the offer expires.

Delivery benefits apply within supported New York ZIP codes and include collection. Rush and holiday fees still apply. White glove delivery includes setup and collection. One active member promo code may be applied to the rental subtotal before tax, together with your membership benefits.

Gold’s $100 damage allowance follows the anniversary of your first paid Gold membership. Monthly payments and rejoining do not reset it early. Silver covers 50% of each approved damage charge. Cleon reviews the damage amount; any uncovered balance plus applicable tax is paid securely. Eligibility is captured when you report damage.

Gold cancellations require Cleon’s approval, including after handoff. Before the rental starts, the remaining funded rental value is returned as store credit by default. After handoff, Cleon approves the unused value. No cancellation fee applies. Eligibility is captured when cancellation is requested. Credit is not a cash refund, never expires, survives a membership lapse, is nontransferable, and pays for rentals including tax. It cannot pay for a membership.
